Q: What does “vendor-neutral” mean in your consulting?
I do not sell licenses or promote a single toolset. I design workflows and standards that fit your context (teams, deliverables, contracts), then map them to tools you already use (Autodesk, Solibri, etc.).
Q: Can you work under ISO 19650 and prepare BEP/EIR documents?
Yes. I align roles, information requirements, CDE structure, naming, and approvals with ISO 19650; I prepare BEP/EIR drafts and facilitate stakeholder agreement.
Q: How do you measure success?
We define clear KPIs (e.g., clash density trend, issue closure rate, coordination cycle time, rework hours) and track them in Power BI or ACC dashboards.
Q: Can you redesign our coordination meetings and clash process?
Yes. I set cadence, roles, clash package logic, issue templates, and reporting so meetings become shorter and more decisive.
Q: Can you help migrate to ACC (or improve how we use it)?
Yes. I design the Docs/Design Collaboration/Model Coordination structure, permissions, review flows, naming conventions, and training for adoption.
Q: Do you provide documentation and training materials?
Available as optional add-ons under a separate agreement: standards PDFs, workflow diagrams, templates, checklists, and short training sessions for your team.
Q: Can you sign an NDA and work with sensitive data?
Yes. I regularly work under NDA and follow secure sharing practices in ACC or your chosen CDE.
