These Terms govern the use of this website and the provision of consulting and training services.

2. Scope of Services

I provide:

• BIM consulting and coordination support

• Revit and ACC advisory

• Custom Revit family development

• Online and on-site training

Service details, schedule, and pricing are confirmed individually before each project.

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, documents, and files provided remain the intellectual property of Illya Glukhanyuk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reproduction or redistribution is not permitted without authorization.

4. Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually and may be based on:

• Hourly rates

• Fixed project fees

• Training packages

Invoices are issued in accordance with Polish law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Training sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

• Consulting cancellations may result in billing for work already performed.

Clients remain responsible for final design decisions and regulatory compliance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and EU regulations.
